New bathrooms, custom joinery, refined storage and a subtle adjustment to the stair bring cohesion throughout, while a new courtyard and stunning landscaping complete the experience.

Crafted off-form concrete meets precision detailing - a new frame to the terrace supports the balcony above allowing the rear elevation to become a continuous wall of glazing seamlessly connecting the interior out toward the garden. 📐🌿

The character of the front façade has been carefully preserved, honouring the home’s heritage while setting the tone for what lies beyond. Inside, the layout has been reconfigured to create a more functional and efficient flow—light-filled, warm and inviting, with a refined interior designed to complement the clients’ eclectic furniture and art collection. The transformation concludes at the north-facing backyard, now a sunlit sitting garden with layered landscaping that extends the living experience outdoors.
