This year's focus was optimising wellbeing and performance, both in our personal and professional lives 🌅 🧘‍♂️ In our morning session with Rory Warnock we learnt evidence-based breathing techniques to help clear and calm the mind and body and some valuable skills to positively improve our mental and physical health. This was followed by a competitive afternoon of creativity and LEGO building challenges to support the incredible work of Ronald McDonald House.

A big thank you to Rory, Pinnacle Team Events and Sergeants Mess for a wonderful day. We laughed, learned, and left revitalised.
