This existing single-storey house was transformed to take advantage of the elevated water views and create a comfortable family home. Distinctive soft curves and form is a result of a thoughtful and creative response to council and site constraints. The soft curve of the balcony is influenced by the significant frangipani that was retained and provides a visual contrast to the rectilinear composition of the house.
