Take a peak inside this mid-century-inspired project. We recently received DA approval for this one and we cannot wait to see it come to life!

This is a completely new dwelling designed with a paired back and natural material palette composed of light brick, off-form concrete and timber. The home is punctuated by courtyards and voids to illuminate the home with an abundance of natural light. The house works with the natural fall of the land, allowing for an elegant sunken lounge on the lower level.

We are pleased to announce that our Oswald Street Development has been approved by Mosman Council!

The development includes four luxury townhouses featuring harbour and city views. The townhouses are a contemporary interpretation of the surrounding context, with brick facades and gable roofs matching the existing adjacent row of dwellings. Their main entries and street addresses off Rangers Avenue have also been designed to increase the connection to the public realm while having minimal impact on neighbouring properties.
