Exciting news - all four of the Corben-designed Woodside Townhouses have now been sold, reaping an impressive $22.1 million in sales! 🍾🏠

This contemporary house spans four levels and enjoys magnificent views over Balmoral Beach. The scale of the home is crafted using a combination of rendered brickwork, quartzite stone and grey cedar cladding.

The top floor is dedicated to living and entertaining, wrapped around a large terrace, swimming pool and outdoor living areas. The beautifully appointed interior incorporates both rich textures and natural materials, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor transition.🤍

Take a peak inside this mid-century-inspired project. We recently received DA approval for this one and we cannot wait to see it come to life!

This is a completely new dwelling designed with a paired back and natural material palette composed of light brick, off-form concrete and timber. The home is punctuated by courtyards and voids to illuminate the home with an abundance of natural light. The house works with the natural fall of the land, allowing for an elegant sunken lounge on the lower level.

Introducing our most recently completed project - the Loch Street House!

Our clients approached us to design a contemporary new home for a site that enjoyed expansive ocean views and a northerly aspect of Curl Curl. 😍

We are pleased to announce that our Oswald Street Development has been approved by Mosman Council!

The development includes four luxury townhouses featuring harbour and city views. The townhouses are a contemporary interpretation of the surrounding context, with brick facades and gable roofs matching the existing adjacent row of dwellings. Their main entries and street addresses off Rangers Avenue have also been designed to increase the connection to the public realm while having minimal impact on neighbouring properties.

Inside the Burran Avenue House. The main living space is defined by the off-form concrete wall which provides visual interest and contrast with the warm timber elements that continue throughout the house.

Clever design allows for this spacious terrace to float above the patio with minimal use of columns, opening up the space to the beautiful vistas of Balmoral.

A gorgeous ensuite designed for the Moran Road House. Functionality is an integral part of this design; every element has a purpose while simultaneously enhancing the space. The storage cupboards add functionality whilst also framing the vanity in a visually interesting way.

Rich textured timbers, tactile stonework, soft curves, bespoke detailing, fireplaces that visually mesmerize, cabinetry that cleverly conceals electronic equipment when it is not in use, way-finding lighting, coffered ceilings, recessed skirtings and illuminated open shelving are some of the subtle touches that will elevate this living experience.
