Raglan Street House III
Mosman
Through thoughtful design and a series of strategic modifications, this Federation home was transformed to create a spacious, sunlit living, dining, and kitchen area. The formal dining room was removed and repurposed to accommodate a large laundry and extend the open-plan living space. This area now seamlessly connects the interior to the outdoor living area and expansive rear garden. The swimming pool was downsized to allow for a larger garden and a generous sun-lounge terrace.
Upstairs, all bathrooms were refurbished, and the rear bedrooms were reconfigured to create a spacious master bedroom suite with a generous walk-in robe, which opens onto a terrace with city views.
Original period details were carefully restored, blending traditional elements with contemporary living needs to create a perfect balance of old and new. The interior finishes, including pale oak flooring and light grey limestone enhance the sense of space and light throughout the home.
