Glen Street Penthouse Apartment

The project involved the complete internal refurbishment of an existing penthouse apartment in Milsons Point, including the enclosure of the top-floor rooftop to create additional internal living space with sweeping views over Sydney Harbour. The apartment was stripped back entirely and reimagined to deliver a cohesive, open-plan layout centered around entertaining, with a statement kitchen, new bathrooms, laundry, and expansive living areas.

Extensive joinery and wall panelling with soft curves introduce a sense of calm luxury throughout, complemented by all-new timber flooring. The redesigned layout accommodates three bedrooms, each positioned to capture views across the harbour and city skyline, ensuring every space feels connected to its remarkable setting.
