The heart of our Narabeen home is taking shape ✨

Our internal stair is almost complete, with the beautiful timber handrail and treads next on the installation list. As we move through the final stages of the interior fit-out, the finish line is well and truly in sight.

Next up: landscaping and exterior works as we work towards a Spring completion. 🌿🏡

Some projects deserve a second look.

Thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted, the Oyama Avenue House continues to showcase the qualities that make great architecture endure. A balance of functionality, craftsmanship, and considered design, this home feels just as relevant and inspiring today as when it was first completed.

Seen from a different perspective, its timeless qualities remain unchanged and continue to inspire.

Another major milestone achieved. 

With the top floor slab now complete, this Freshwater project has reached a point where the full outlook can finally be enjoyed. Seeing these incredible views from the upper level is a reminder of why every stage of the build matters.

Brickwork is next on the agenda, with the roof slab scheduled to be poured next month. This one is going to be something special. 🌊

Driveway concrete next. Joinery installation underway soon. One step closer to bringing this Northwood home to life.

The countdown to completion is on, with handover anticipated later this year.

Back on site at our Northern Beaches project, soaking up the winter sun and that view. ☀️ As we edge closer to lock-up, it's exciting to see the vision taking shape and the connection between home, landscape and ocean becoming more apparent with every visit.

Following Council approval, we're turning our attention to the interior experience and exploring the flow between spaces, refining how the entry welcomes you, how the living and kitchen areas connect, and how the bathrooms become moments of retreat and calm.

Here's a sneak peek at the vision taking shape before the next stage of design unfolds.

At the heart of this home is a kitchen designed to balance family life with refined entertaining. A black marble benchtop anchors the space, bringing a sense of formality that complements the formal dining room, while a concealed utility hub keeps the realities of daily life—paperwork, mail, technology and storage—carefully hidden from view. A generous pantry and integrated casual dining nook support everyday living.

Clean lines and a restrained material palette create a quiet backdrop for the client's collection of art and antique furniture, allowing each piece to be celebrated within the architecture.

Our team was recently invited back to tour the home before our clients moved in — a moment to experience the light, textures and spaces exactly as they were designed to be lived in.

Grateful to be part of the journey from concept to completion.

Perched above Freshwater Beach, this project is reaching new heights as we prepare the formwork for the fourth floor - one step closer to delivering ocean views and a standout coastal build.

This is an incredible milestone and a true reflection of the dedication, resilience and passion they’ve each shown throughout the year. Balancing demanding work schedules alongside intense exam preparation and their final interviews is no small feat.
