An original, single-level, red brick 1900's home, this home was originally earmarked for demolition with plans for a modern dwelling. After living here for some time, the owners realized there were many aspects of the original home they loved so our brief changed to a renovation and reconfigure of this home for modern living, retain original features, add bedrooms and emphasize the expansive water views.
