Located on the Balmoral slopes with panoramic views to North Head and Sydney Harbour, the clients' brief was to cater to multi-generational living, enhance internal and external accessibility and optimise the stunning harbour views. Additionally, a new garage, study and entry wing were incorporated into the design and lush landscaping was added at the front and rear of the home to complement the indoor/outdoor lifestyle connection.

The completed home spans three levels, with the lower level configured to provide self-contained accommodation for guests. The upper level features a generously-sized master suite with its own sitting room, overlooking North Head.
