Located on a steeply sloping block with sweeping views over Balmoral and the Heads, this north-east facing 4-storey residence underwent a substantial renovation. The floorplan was reconfigured to create large open plan living areas which capitalise on the unique views and ensure the house is bathed in sunlight throughout the year. Large verandahs and courtyards were added to create that quintessential indoor/outdoor entertainment flow. Internally, a minimal palette of materials and colours ensure that the gardens and views play front and centre stage.
