Reynolds Street Apartments

This development comprised six apartments in two buildings over an underground basement. The building was built from rendered masonry walls, concrete floors, skillion metal roof and zinc cladding panels. The development is a successful example of the adaption of a single stand alone site into a multi-unit apartment development.
