Prince Albert Street House I
Located on a prominent street in Mosman within a Heritage Conservation Zone, this original Federation House was adapted to create a contemporary, family home to meet the needs of its owners. Using a sophisticated palette of dark veneers, opulent stone materials and statement lighting, this house was transformed into a modern home. A parent’s retreat was cleverly added into the roof, concealed from the street to comply with the strict heritage controls. A brand new, elevated entertaining deck was added to the rear of the property which captures the extensive district views to the harbour and Opera House.
