Penshurst Avenue House

A Spanish Mission style home in a heritage conservation area underwent a thoughtful and considered refurbishment. A second story was seamlessly integrated into the roof to take advantage of extensive views to the City and Harbour Bridge. Internally, a new open plan kitchen and living space leads out to a large entertaining terrace which overlooks the new pool and landscaped gardens. Many original features, including arches, were retained and new finishes and fixtures reflect the period of the house and the client's taste.
