North Avoca House

A 1970’s two-storey home occupying this prime waterfront location was transformed into a sharp contemporary beach house with a direct connection to the garden and beach beyond. A new single level pavilion was added to the rear with a new covered terrace and kitchen connecting this to the original home. The existing building was reorganised to provide five bedrooms and a light filled entrance hall.
