This project involved the redistribution of land between two properties, resulting in a boundary adjustment and creation of an undersized lot which was successfully negotiated through Council. The origins of the project stemmed from the owners’ desire to create a generous outdoor living space and improve the connection of the indoors with the land. The project has successfully improved the overall quality of the indoor and outdoor spaces.
