Our clients approached us to design a contemporary new home for a site that enjoyed expansive ocean views and a northerly aspect of Curl Curl.

This modern home presents a private screened street façade of timber battens, with a curved stone wall to define the point of entry and as you move into the home the spaces open out drawing you towards the ocean view.

This three level home steps down the slope, the entry and living areas are on the middle floor and wrap around a central courtyard. The master bedroom suite and two guest rooms are on the top floor and the lowest level provides two bedrooms with separate kitchenette and living area to accommodate independent living. This opens onto an immaculate lawn and landscaped garden and a dark infinity edge pool perched above the ocean.
