RL House

Located on a steeply sloping north facing waterfront property and with a cascading form compatible with adjacent dwellings, this house was designed to take maximum advantage of its northerly orientation and capture the unique features of the view from every level. A restrained palette of materials and finishes was adopted for low maintenance and high durability.
