This substantial home overlooking Rosherville Reserve, was given an extensive makeover to take advantage of its luxuriously leafy setting. Large windows were installed, living spaces & decks were opened up to improve the flow of the house and incorporate views throughout. A statement steel framed glass entry was installed, and the kitchen & master bathroom were given a complete makeover. The kitchen, a highlight of this project, was intended as a sculptural statement and, along with the overall dramatic but muted material palette, provides a perfect background to the client’s extensive art, book & objects collection.
