Hunter Road House

An original boxy 1960's two-storey concrete slab and flat roofed home was transformed into a light steel roofed beach house located only 50 metres from Balmoral Beach. Using lightweight steel and timber framing clad with wide horizontal cladding boards, the house was opened up to enjoy much prized water views.
