Dalton Road House
Mosman
This project involved major alternations and additions to a large Federation house. The additions comprise of a separate flat and rumpus room on the lowest floor, a large informal living/dining/kitchen on the middle level and a parents' retreat integrated into the roofscape. The features of the original house have been retained, the new contemporary style additions carefully knitted into the fabric to create a seamless transition between old and new. This project provides a fine example of the successful integration of a new modern addition with an existing heritage house.
