Coopers Shoot House
Byron Bay
This substantial residence sited on 2.5 acres in the Byron Bay hinterland was designed for a respected local builder as his family home and office. The house has a simple longitudinal plan with a traditional built form incorporating wide covered decks to present as a modern-day farmhouse. The timber framed structure clad with painted timber boarding sits on a block foundation wall clad in local basalt stone that is also used for landscape walls throughout the property.
