The new owners of this three-storey home built by our practice 20 years ago, approached us to breathe new life into this timeless structure. Over the next 18 months, a complete internal makeover took place to match their family needs and aesthetics. Rooms were opened up, creating a better connection with indoor/outdoor living, finishes & colour palettes were updated and externally, new cladding was applied. The end result is a luxe and welcoming beach abode with spectacular views overlooking the harbour.
