Balmoral Avenue House I

This new residence is designed over three levels on a steeply sloping, north facing site, overlooking Balmoral Beach. The brief called for a contemporary styled house that was functional, light, airy and maximised views from every level. It's contemporary design ensures it will stand the test of time.
