This federation style terrace was renovated with the intent of keeping as much of the building's existing character and charm in-tact, while enhancing functionality and creating a sanctuary for indoor-outdoor living.

The project aimed to provide more functionality and connectivity between spaces by rearranging existing layouts and providing better access to outdoor living spaces.
